I just finished my AMCAS essay and its 5297 characters!!

Woo woo! maybe i can add three spaces to make it exactly 5300. Man that was tough, fitting everything i wanted to say into 5297 characters.

Oh yeah, and thanks to everyone that gave me input and help. Very appreciated!

WAIT A SEC.... when you finished saving it in the AMCAS format it said it was 5297 characters?? Mine keeps getting cut from 5299 to 5240 when i save it on the site. man i'm confused...

Yeah the little character counter box on the bottom says 5297. Actually it says 5300 now b/c I entered a space to break up paragraphs. I heard that if you use older versions of netscape it might not work right?
