For those of you who may have entered undergrad with the goal of eventually going to medical school or an area of healthcare similar to it, why did you decide to switch to public health,if you did switch? I'm on the path for physician assistant school, but lately I've been considering an MPH because of my love for disease prevention and health education. In addition, I've been doing some soul searching and have found that I am not as passionate about being a healthcare provider as I was at the beginning of undergrad( graduated 2 years ago). Also, what were some deciding factors for you guys?
