I keep scoring a 125 on Next step cars. HELP!

I really don't get it, I keep scoring a 125 on the NS cars. My other sections are good. But my CARS sucks. I practice the AAMC qpacks, I'm gonna end up doing them like 2 times. Does anyone know of where I can get additional practice or strategy? I take the exam June 30th (so 28days).

NS CARS is not like AAMC CARS. Work on the AAMC qpack CARS and move at a timed pace.
