Crud, I just spotted a grade entry error, where I entered an "A" instead of "B". My application has already been processed and I think verified, but I have heard anything of this mistake. Should I notify AMCAS of it?

If you're already verified, AMCAS should've caught the mistake and made up for it on your application without your assistance. If it's not corrected by AMCAS, check out the FAQ page on their website and it tells you how to notify them of any GPA miscalculations, etc.

Contact AMCAS...then contact the schools of the error...

b/c wherever you get accepted..they will require you to send them your official transcript and they will cross reference it :)
