I need Help, MPN and ONLY STAFF sub loans?

I was instructed to fill out my MPN Online for my shcool. They have granted me 32.5K in federal loans, staff sub and unsub loans. When I went on the site to sign the MPN it was only for the FED Staff sub loan (8500). Whats the deal here guys. Please fill me in? BTW school = U of U SOM> Are there 2 sep MPN?

AS far as I know, there is only one MPN for Stafford that you have to fill out now and will never have to fill out one for school again. The Perkin's progam has it's own as well. Correct me if I'm wrong because I only filled out one MPN for Staffords.
