Hey Everyone,

I'm currently a senior at UCLA, majoring in BioEngineering.

my Science GPA is 3.6, and my overall GPA is 3.62

My Extracurriculars are pretty strong, I would say, and I have had some experience volunteering at a hospital near UCLA.

The only thing that is worrying me is my MCAT score. I haven't had the time to study very efficiently, and I have been getting between 30-32. At this point, I might retake it, but I am still waiting for my score from last month's test.

What are my chances of getting into a school like.... Michigan State University?

Thanks!

MSU's median acceptee stats are 3.6/30, so you'd be nicely in their stats range. How to stand out among the other 4858 applicants and get one of the 510 interviews offered? The answer lies in the activities list, PS, and LORs. Hopefully your clinical experience and shadowing are at least average.
