Before taking NDBE ,do I have to submit ECE score? please reply me

you dont have to submit , but request ECE to send an additional copy or called copy request , to the joint commission on national bpards chicago, illionois, for which they would cahrge you 30$ and will sen dit to joint commssion within 5 business days,

if you can confirm it through ECE if they have sent the score to chicago , then immediatly yyou can apply for NBDE part 1 through whatever the mode of payment you would like to .

After which ,joint commission and ada will verify your application and evaluation report and confirms it to you that you are eligible to sit for the part 1 exam throguh a mail .

then with the eligibility numbe rprovided i the mail call up prometric people and get a exm date and center , during which they will provide you a id number and confirmation number , using which you can login www.prometric.com

and confirm your appointment that is being scheduled throguh phone call , and take the print out of the appointment confirmation , taking which you can go to the center with proper id to give your exam.
