As an international everything is going to be more expensive for you bc you don't have an in-state option. You're looking at least 30,000+ per year. Id buy the ADEA Official Guide to Dental Schools, it has all the financial info for every school in it. Off the top of my head I believe University of Colorado has decent tuition for non-residents.

Here are some fees from the universities' websites:

UIC: 82,212 (1st yr), 80,902 (2nd yr)
NYU: 66,746 (1st yr), 61,169 (2nd yr) and 60,144 (3rd yr)
UCLA: 81923 (1st yr), 56,362 (2nd yr)
UOP: 95,854 (1st yr), 85,767 (2nd yr)
BU: 65,843 (1st yr), 52,950 (2nd yr)
Buffalo: 5724 (sumr), 57,065 (1st yr), 49652 (2nd yr), 48,525 (3rd yr) NR
UTHSCSA: 63,700 (1st yr), 61,200 (2nd yr) NR = Non resident
Upenn: 85,900 (1st yr), 83,256 (2nd yr)
UCSF: 100,991 (1st yr), 62,607 (2nd yr)
U of M: 69,744 (1st yr), 64,748 (2nd yr)
Tufts: 61,558 (1st yr), 58,358 (2nd yr)

I just listed the above from the univ's websites, does NOT include living expenses. May not be 100% up to day, so may want contact individual university.

Try predents.com and go to the Rankings section on the home page where you can sort the schools by Tuition 4 Year Out of State. You'll get them sorted by most to least expensive and have a pretty good idea of where the good values are.

Upitt is pretty cheap as well.
