I pm'd akathisia a little while ago , but it looks like there are more people on here who also got in. AWESOME, I too interviewed on 1/12 so all of you that got in, I will get a chance to meet you in august my fellow classmates!! man this is crazy!! It feels pretty sweet to have worked such for such a long time to get to this place and in a couple of months, the next chapter of our lives will be beginning in a BIG WAY!!! When and how did you hear about your acceptance? Were you contacted by phone or email or did you just get a packet in the mail? I interviewed at UCSF on Jan. 9 but I haven't heard anything yet. Thanks for your reply in advance.

Hey,

I interviewed on Jan 12 also, but I haven't heard back from that. What do you guys think? Does it mean we probably didn't get in. JRave and akithisia, when did you guys receive the phone call. Monday?

I don't think you guys are out of the loop at all!!! I think those of us that have received acceptances were just lucky and got picked up out of the first review of the applicants for that week. My understanding is that they review interviewed applicant files every week and files keep getting shuffled around and being put into different piles and sometimes one or two are selected for admittance. Sometimes not hearing anything can be a good thing too.
Keep your chin up. I hope you hear from them soon!
Keep us posted on your progress.

Yeah, I'll keep my head up and hopefully I get a call from UCSF in the next few weeks. I'm also grateful that I've already been accepted to some other cali schools. Ok, good luck to all.

I interviewed at UCSF November 7th and I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING!!!!! Did they forget about me? I've already gotten accepted to UoP and I'm thinking about just ditching UCSF for UoP since I think they don't care about me!

Any info would definitely be helpful
