ICA evaluation

Has anybody on this thread done the evaluation through ICA...
since they are not answering phone calls nor they have a working
website...what is the criteria and requirements??? Please help with this query...

I had experience with ICA trust me its lot more harder than ECE

Just keep calling them often one day you will reach them
