Ice skating injury- please help!

Is it possible that after an ice-skating fall and cutting open the chin, blood can come out of the ear?



The impact of the fall is hurting my left jaw a lot, and it's the left ear that blood came out of. The RN who stitched up my chin said the blood 'traveled' up from my chin...? She checked my ear and said the ear drum looked fine. Should I still be concerned? It's still hurting...
