ID or ophtho Shadowing in Europe

Hi,

I have a week or two at the end of August to shadow in Europe - preferably Italy, Switzerland or Germany.

Anyone know of good contacts in ID or ophtho at any medical schools in these areas? Since the timing is tight, I'd rather just contact a doctor or hospital directly. If anyone has done an elective or shadowing in any of these locations, I'd love to hear your experiences.
