Ideal Notebook vs Tablet for ED Electronic Charting

Does anyone know of a notebook/tablet pc that is good for electronic charting in the ED? Ideally the pc would be light, could be carried with a shoulder strap, and would have an ultra long battery life.

The keyboard vs stylus-recognition is the other issue.

Any recs?
