Think about diversification in - aging medicine, rapid detox, emergency medicine shifts, ICU coverage, spa biz...
In the OR - study the stock market and after that the FOREX. Do the initial transactions for few months only on the paper.
We have the unique position to don't be bothered by the patients when they are asleep, and also the skill to watch in the same time few variables. The capacity to take fast decisions is also unique to our field. Try to incorporate these advantages in your approach.
