How do dental schools see that you have completed your planned coursework for the spring and what grades you attained?

Once you're admitted, they require a final transcript that has all of your spring grades.

You should be aware that in order to finalize your admission to a dental school, a set of final official transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended may be requested.
