Not doing a residency but staff at a tribal facility that is part of the IHS residency match. We just got forwarded this list of applicants and a breakdown of the applicant pool. Will beging contacting for interviews soon I would imagine.

I think about 8 and that we only interviewed 4. None of our applicants were IP either.

How do the PGY 1 prospects there look? I imagine the local applicant pool being pretty competitive this year, maybe more so than last year?

Um, crazy competitive. We interviewed 18 for our two spots. Average GPA was >3.6.
