I'm externally funded,what are my chances for getting into anatomical pathology?

can anyone help me with information regarding the chances of getting in an ''anatomical pathology'' residency program in Canada for the externally funded ?

I'm a 2005 graduate of Royal college of Surgeons in Ireland and have a fully sponsored scholarship.

Are there numbers associated with the anatomical pathology programs on the CaRMS website?

I don't see a problem, but all the requirements are probably the same (exams, scores, etc.) except for a permanent residency/citizen status requirement.
