I'm looking for a hospitalist job in Dallas area. My dream job would meet the following

Day shift (I don't mind a couple of weeks of nights a year).
Census average 18
No procedure
No codes
Rounding only or admissions only shifts system. No admissions when on rounding role
"Round and go" -- I can leave when done seeing my patients, reachable by pager.
Base salary above 250K

Does this job exist in Dallas. Which groups? I currently practice in WV. I would really appreciate your guidance as I don't know much about job market in Dallas area.

i doubt it...i doubt that a job of that description exists in an desirable urban market...1-2 hours away from Dallas...you should be able to find something.
