I'm currently a chief resident in Anesthesiology and will be starting an anesthesia-based pain fellowship in July of 2009 to be completed in July of 2010. I wish to relocate to Northern Utah, Las Vegas or the Seattle area and either purchase a pain practice, join a small partnership or join a multispecialty practice.
