IM programs with step cutoffs

Does anyone know which IM programs use step 1/2 cutoffs (for all applicants, not just IMG/FMG) and what they are?

majority of IM programs use 80 and above for cut off scores.

In looking at old threads, it appears Hopkins/MGH use somewhere between 235 and 240, which is how I set my target goal from USMLE.
