I'm an MS-III looking to schedule a Medicine Sub-I, GI, and ID away electives in D.C., San Francisco, and/or Dallas at academic centers. Can anyone recommend or suggest anything based on good experiences or what they've heard?? Also, it seems most programs either won't except applications for electives from visiting students or won't tell you if/when you got one until April or May... which makes it difficult to schedule anything in stone. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.
