Due to financial obstacles I'd be facing while in medical school, I'd need to be working as a doctor (I'm in Africa) to finance my USMLE, USCE observership and ERAS with my salary. By the time I should match, I'd have almost 2 years after graduation/working as a doctor. Is matching into Preliminary Year (and subsequently Internal Medicine) 2 years after graduation a slim chance for IMGs ? I'd be happy for feedback. Thanks.
