IMG chances question

Hi,

I am an IMG from Europe and have recently spoke to a resident from Stanford visiting the hospital I work at. I was planning on trying to move to the US (I do have a Green Card) and completing a residency in FM. The resident advised me to apply to CA and Stanford residency program. How realistic is it for an IMG to match at Stanford and what STEP 1 score would I need?

The Stanford Med of my home-state is minimum 250 just look at you for FM or IM... So I'd say right in that ball-park. Also, you'd also want to apply very broadly in general... I'm talking 100+ programs.
