Let's say that if I finish the courses that are considered cores in USA I will graduate. If I am a final year IMG without having all cores what are some places where I can do electives.

Thanks

Most places DO NOT ACCEPT away students without having the cores completed. When a student from one school goes to another, we call them "aways." In general, you cannot do an away without finishing your cores, though some places may let you. In order to find out where you can go, there is an online service that monitors it for you. VRAS or some nonsense.

Much like residency, you will struggle to find a position over the current medical students at allopathic medical schools in the US.
