IMG's diffficulty in obtaining a PM&R residency?

i have heard that it is not difficult for US medical graduates to secure a PM&R residency, except for the top programs. but, how hard is it for a IMG to obtain a PM&R residency (generally speaking)?

Generally speaking probably not very difficult. Probably PM&R is as open to FMGs as IM programs. You may need to look at smaller programs at not so prestigious places though.
