just curious - what would be an average daily patient load for an out-patient immunologist?

probably like 4 patients a week.... i heard it's a good lifestyle...but i wonder how much money can u make by prescribing zyrtec and allegra
 
yeah. i do know of a immunologist who basically cornered the market in his relatively big city and makes gobs. but i was just curious what kind of patient load would facilitate this.

somehow i don't think 4 patients a week even constitutes a practice. or maybe it does, what do i know?

If you mean "Allergist-Immunologist" they do 90% allergy and tend to run very busy daily patient loads dozens of pts a day not unusual.They are in short supply and make a lot of $$
Immunologists who do just that are rare and mostly academic .
