I have to write a paper about implants, microscrews, and onplants, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any companies that supplied these products?

I remember talking to a representative from 3i Implants at a CDA convention, but I don't know any other imlpant suppliers or suppliers for microscrews/onplants...

Thanks!

strauman/iti, nobel-biocare/branemark, bicon, 3i (implant innovations inc.), astratech, steri-oss, lifecore, biohorizons, zimmer/calcitek

Another System is the MIS dental implants.

I've browsed through the sites for these, and they seem to be all imlants, not onplants and microscrews... =/

Is an onplant like the old subperiosteal implants from the 60-80s. I don't think they make those anymore. Majority of implants are endosseous screw-type.

What is a microscrew implant? What are they used for? MDI make mini-implants 1.8-2.8mm. There are tiny screws for holding non-resorbable membranes down. Is that what your refering to?

More info please.
