i wouldn't worry about it man. Even though in acceptance letters they might say something like "this acceptance is contingent upon your having completed all classes and degrees proposed in your application," i suspect that in actuality not a whole lot of investigating goes on unless something drastic occurs (like an F). If you're worried you might email the admissions helper person at the schools you're interested in and ask them what to do, if not, I'm sure your explanation would do fine (and still dude, 3 degrees?! as long as you have one, that's probably all they're worried about).
