Important Loan Question

Hello friends,

I am new to this site and I have a question about the loan that we take after being accepted into the advanced standing program.

When it comes to taking a loan of approx. $ 160,000 from a bank, do they look at whether you are already ladden with a loan of say about $ 50,000.00 ?

I mean does your previous loan from another US bank affect getting a loan for the advanced standing program?

All inputs will be appreciated. Please let me know if anyone has any idea regarding this.

I think it depnds on the lender more than anything. Lenders term/conditions of approval vary like the wind.
I would take an hour or so out of your schedule, and make some phone calls directly to the lenders. You willl get more credible information too by doing so.
