I'm doing a small study to determine how in-house daycare would impact a student's decision to apply to or accept a position at a program.
Please reply to [email protected] or this post stating whether or not in-house daycare is an attractice quality when looking for a residency program.
Here are the questions:
1.) Are you recently married or engaged?
2.) Do you currently have one or more infants, toddlers, or school aged children?
3.) Do you plan to have children during residency?
4.) Would you apply to a program because it afforded its residents with childcare?
5.) On a scale of 1-5 (5 is most) how important is childcare to you?
5.) On a scale of 1-5 (5 is most) how much of an influence would such a service be in your decision on where to train?
I appreciate your time and input!!!
