In line for verification a second time - how long?

Hey everyone,

I am one of those peeps still struggling with getting my AMCAS app verified. I was in verification on Aug 18th and app got put on hold for my study abroad transcript...Which doesn't exist, and for which I got a transcript exception request...Anyway, it's a long story...If you guys are curious, let me know and I'll post details.

For the most part, they verified my app and just left my study abroad credits with Xs...I had a letter sent stating that no study abroad transcript exists for me and now I'm back on active...This all seems silly cos my app is pretty much verified...I don't know what else they have to do with it...

Anyone been on hold, verification and on hold again? If so, do you know how long it takes to get back into verification?

Sorry for rambling...Just totally frustrated...

Call them and be very very firm but friendly ! Be a bug on their butt and keep on them until them get it done just to get rid of you. Keep pushing for a 'supervisor' or whatever and bugg the heck out of them.

If the call doesn't work, try a quick e-mail or two. I have been active status for 5 weeks. Yesterday I got a little impatient so I sent them a polite e-mail asking how long I might expect to wait. I looked up my application a couple hours later and it had been processed and transmitted. Interestingly enough the transmitt dates were all last week. I think sometimes the sight administrator must just get a little behind in updating the web sight.
Bottom line, I am not sure how well the web sight acurately reflects what is going on with your application.

BUMP, I'd would like to know as well, no secondaries even, still active, I submitted mine even after urs Bushbaby. I would think urs would be all done by now, plus u also took April MCAT
