in state/out of state breakdown

does anyone know of any places you can find info on the in state/out of state ratio of acceptances at d.o. schools
the msar is really nice b/c it has that for md schools but i'm finding that a lot of the d.o. schools don't list these stats anywhere on their websites

I've also found it hard to get these stats. I have the 2007 Pfizer Medical School Manual, it has this info for the DO schools that were around in 2007. I've found it pretty helpful. I don't think theres a more recent edition of the book though...
