For learning scientific writing, evaluating evidence based medicine, and publishing science articles

There are a plethora of sources out there so which ones are the best?

This may not be what you're looking for, but there is little substitute for a knowledgeable mentor who helps you through a practical research problem. You'll learn all you need just by doing it. A good mentor can help you through the evaluation steps and critically evaluating others' work, as well as the ins-and-outs of publishing (including the politics of publishing). Good luck.
