If you have a multiple choice "Where does prostate cancer more commonly metastasize? A. C-spine. B. T-spine. C. L-spine" as phrased I think the choice is T-spine. If you add in pelvis, etc., IDK.
I understand what you are trying to say. Looking at the percentrage of bone marrow per site, the T-spine holds more of it than the L-spine or the C-spine.

On the other hand, the head holds about 13% of all bone marrow, while the L-spine holds only 11%. Why do I still have the impression that I see more patients with bone metastasis in the L-spine than in the head. I could be biased, because pain or instability in the L-spine may resultin more referrals for RT, but I still have the impression that spread in the L-spine is more common than in skull.
