Include minority scholarship offer... I turned down??

I'm finishing up my AMCAS (I know I'm really late) and can't decide whether or not to include a Mellon Minority Scholarship offer I received while at Cornell. It's pretty prestigious but here's the catch -- I turned it down b/c the offer was to promote doctoral work in the humanities, not medicine, law, or business and I wasn't sure at that age where I would be later in life.

Any thoughts?
