Can someone explain me the difference between the two.. Cause the definitions are quite similar

Altruism is doing something for someone else without a clear benefit to you. Inclusive fitness is a mechanism to explain why altruism can be evolutionarily advantageous.

If you scroll down this wikipedia page, there is a section called "inclusive fitness and altruism"
 
I think of inclusive fitness as being more to do with game theory, whereas altruism is a little more self explanatory.
