Incoming non-trad MS1s: how are you feeling?

For non-traditional incoming MS1s, how are you feeling about starting medical school?

I'm a non-trad, late 20s and am about 2 weeks away from starting. Excited yet also very anxious. It's just crazy to think that in a couple of weeks, I'll be embarking on a loooong, stressful, life-changing yet hopefully very rewarding journey. One of my main concerns is being able to still spend time with my significant other and maintain a healthy relationship. My life will never be the same, for better or worse!

Good luck to you and the other incoming MS1s! I remember the anticipation, and it feels crazy but goes by so quickly.

I always felt it described people with more of a "go with the flow" mentality.
