What are his impressions of the students here?
What was the interviewer's career path to where he is now?
Any negatives to the school?
Has the institution changed in the past 5-10 years? What kind of changes does he foresee in the future?
What not to ask: How well are students prepared for boards? (I think they're either sick of the question or thinking you may be neurotic for asking it.)
How early is patient contact?
What research opportunities are available?
How can I enhance my medical education outside of the classroom? For example, do you have elective material in medical Spanish or bioethics?

These are pretty classic questions. Whenever possible, set yourself up to ask follow-up questions, so that it comes off more conversational rather than a string of unrelated questions. For example, I personally would phrase the first one as to "what kind of clinical exposure students get in their first and second year", and if the person is a clinician you can even ask them whether they find students to be better prepared in their clinical rotations due to this early exposure.
