Info on basic Oral Hygiene

Hi all,

This summer i'm spearheading a project that will be teaching all things related to oral health in rural primary and secondary schools in Belize. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good resources out there (apart from dentists, i'm looking into that) that provide solid background information in oral hygiene. maybe books? websites? THanks in advance for your help.

I'm a practicing hygienist, also predental, I've had good luck with Colgate. They typically will donate things like that.
