Information on jobs in Utah

Hi Everyone

I'm about to start looking for my first job after residency, and I'm looking primarily in the Wasatch front. ...Unfortunately I didn't train in Utah and don't know any psychiatrists in the area. I thought I'd put out any feelers to see if anyone had any scuttlebutt about the various gigs in the area (places to avoid, places to seek out etc.)

A PGY-4 at U of U told me they were going to be working in CL at the main hospital making >200 (I don't remember the exact amount). Seems like a pretty good amount for academic CL.

Intermountain has been hiring several outpatient docs from out of state. There are still some openings so I would take a look at their site.
