initial screening-how's it done?

does anyone know? and which schools automatically bounce you out of hte race if you don't have the uggpa/mcat scores? i mean what if you have a 3.0/26 but a 4.1 in a special master's program? do they still automatically weed you out?

i heard that the initial screening is done solely based on your numbers. after that, the secondaries are screened based on the pictures of yourselves that you submitted. then the interviews are screened based on confirmation of those pictures that were submitted in the secondaries.
