Inpatient Psychiatry Telehealth Equipment

Hey all, I'm looking to improve our telehealth coverage inpatient, particularly for call. For those of you who have any remote coverage inpatient, what specific equipment/machine do you use?

Usually the hospital IT should be handling that, right? I have seen as fancy as InTouch cart and as cheap as an android tablet.
