INS issues new "Periodontal Plastic Surgeon" Visa Status

I heard some Periodontal Plastic Surgery residents at my school the other day talking about how the INS is going to start issuing a new Visa to help fill the vacancies in the nation's PPS residencies. It is a variant of the Student visa designed to help fast track FTDs into the Periodontal Plastic Surgery residency positions that are vying for candidates.
