How can you show a professor that you are really interested in working in his/her lab? I have someone who i want to work for and i have submitted my app already. I just want that professor to know how much I want to work for him!

ask him how his research is going and tell him how you can contribute to his research. practice the art of selling yourself. you're gonna need it later for job and med school interviews.
