I'm currently a first year at Tufts Dental and in the Navy HPSP program. As a member of the Recruiting Assistance Program with the Navy, I start your application paperwork and then get you intouch with a recruiter. The Academic Year Statement gets sent to the school's registrar correct? Then they should mail it back to my recruiter?

Correct. You fill out what you need to and then send it to the registrar. They know what to do from there.
