I'm not sure for how long, but definitely all afternoon, Mon, 07/31/2006, Pacific time. The frontpage is up, but so far as I can see, anything database-driven is not. This includes:

1. Area to check on status of your LOR
2. Area for new recommenders to upload LORs
3. Help center

I've tried to open a troubleticket with them to find out when they'll be up and if there's any chance (shudder) of loss of recommendations and whatnot. I'll post here as soon as I hear anything.
