Interfolio Letter of rec

Okay, so I have all the letters updated on interfolio. Say I want to get these out BY July 1st (hypothetically speaking).

What are the things I need to do BEFORE this date and AFTER this date in order for the letters to successfully be updated on AADSAS?

Also what are these "matching forms" that every speaks of? What's the point of it? Is it something I have to print off?
