The Medical City FortWorth Internal Medicine Residency Program in FortWorth, Texas is fully ACGME accredited three-year training program in Internal Medicine. We are currently looking to fill a PGY-2 position to start ASAP. The mission of our program is to train and educate residents to be competent and compassionate practitioners in the core knowledge and skills of internal medicine.

Requirements:
1.Applications are being sought from candidates eligible for licensure in the State of Texas by the time of employment.
2. Candidates must have satisfactorily completed 12 months of required experience in an ACGME accredited internal medicine residency training program.
3. Applicants must submit their Current CV, two letters of recommendation (one letter must be from your current Program Director which verifies that you are a PGY1 in good standing and are expected to satisfactorily complete training with letter of satisfactory completion of a PGY1 position in Internal Medicine and one additional letter from another faculty member within the current program.
4. USMLE transcript for steps 1, 2, and 3 (COMLEX is also acceptable), a list of completed rotations including dates, milestone evaluations, and a cover letter explaining the reason for leaving the current program in favor of this program are required in order for your application to be complete.
5.Applicants must also show proof of current BLS and ACLS certifications, be ECFMG certified and have a current PTAL (if applicable).
