They have no ACCM or CAAM-HP accreditation for the ECFMG requirement changes so in 2024 their students will be ineligible to sit for USMLE or apply to US residencies.

Honestly, you're better of not going to the caribbeans. Fix your app and stay in the US. All of these for profit Caribbean schools do NOT care about you. On top of that, are you even guaranteed to have federal loans to pay for the tuition at that school? You need to think about how to pay for tuition, but also how will they help you match back to the USA.

Simply, if you're trying to go to a school outside the big 4/5, then you're just causing even more obstacles for yourself. Even in the big 4/5, there are prob only two or three that are actually decent. If you cant make it into the big 4 or 5, then you should really take a step back and actually fix the parts of your application that will get you into a US school.
