International Clinical Rotations

I am going to start applying for clinical rotations for 4th year and would like some advice. I know this has been in other threads, but any new information/advice would be greatly appreciated!
I am looking for electives in Thailand, India, some country in South America, or maybe another country that would be good hands on experience.
I am going to do electives in Infectious Diseases, Pediatrics, either Dermatology or Endocrinology, Ob/Gyn, Geriatrics, Otolaryngology. I would like to find a good place for a rotation in Infectious Diseases particularly in a third world setting. Any opinions on this?
